DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCEDURE
Traction therapy (spinal traction) is a therapeutic intervention on the body tissues involving dosed traction. It is one of the main treatment components for the most of spine diseases, including osteochondrosis, scoliosis, and intervertebral hernia.
HOW THE PROCEDURE IS PERFORMED?
Spinal traction is carried out with special equipment, belts, rings and units, gradually stretching one or another part of the spinal column. The procedure takes 30-40 minutes.

Traction causes the unloading of the spinal motion segments, decrease in the intra-disc pressure and unblocking of the intervertebral joints. As a result, pain is reduced, muscle tension is relieved, mobility limits are increased, flexibility is developed, swelling is reduced, spinal hernia is treated, and nerve pinching is eliminated.
